Provider Portal

This portal is for our network providers and can also be used by non-network providers (with limited access to certain functions). The provider portal gives providers the ability to do member eligibility checks, view authorisation and claim statuses and to download remittances.

 

By using the provider portal,  healthcare providers can assist a member immediately by doing all the necessary confirmations via the portal, without having to contact our call centre first.

 

Should you require your login details, email DRCPortalRegistration@dentalrisk.com with your name and 7-digit practice number as the subject or if you require technical support, contact our team at DRCProviderPortal@dentalrisk.com.

Client Portal

This is a self-service system for our medical schemes. The client portal gives our clients the ability to manage their administrative functions, as more queries can be resolved at a time. Our client portals are customised according to our client’s preference and needs.

Bureau Portal

This portal is used by bureaus that are registered on our system. This bureau portal gives bureaus the ability to view all the claims of providers that are linked to them on our system, they can also download remittances for these claims. The portal also provides them with a screen that lists all the providers linked to them on our system.

Yes. The majority of network practices have been registered to use the provider portal. Should your practice not be registered, click on the register button and complete your details.

 

Our team has made additions and changes to the portal. You will be able to verify membership, confirm benefits, view claims, upload dental authorisations, download remittances and operational manuals.
